Just days before the world closed to with the coronavirus pandemic, I made a visit to Stockholm, Sweden where I discovered 7 things I loved about the city, and one disappointment.

Stockholm is a terrific city (though during the winter time its a bit frigid). Among things I loved in Stockholm were the Vasa Museum, Swedish Meatballs, the subway system, and (of course) the ABBA museum where I pushed my entertainment and singing talents to the limit!

My time in Stockholm wasn’t perfect however, as my expectations were built up to experience the wonders of the Drottingholm palace, something that ended up being a disappointment for me, particularly comparing it to other palaces and castles that I’ve seen in Europe.

Still, Stockholm is a fantastic place to visit.
